Our Philosophy
We at the Executive Meeting Center understand that food and beverage are critical to the success of any
meeting or event. Our conferee-dining packages allow planners to organize programs without making decisions
regarding individual banquet meals or pre-selecting menus. Our network of creative chefs has designed a
food and beverage program that satisfies the varied tastes of our clientele, allowing each location to offer
its own regional specialties. If you wish, we can create a special menu to complement the theme of your meeting.
Our capabilities are limited only by the imagination.
Package Menus
Full American Breakfast
A typical breakfast buffet includes: Fluffy scrambled eggs, waffles, hash brown potatoes, bacon, sausage, ham, breakfast
breads, bagels, cold cereal, assorted yogurts, fresh seasonal sliced fruit and whole fruit, assorted juices, and freshly
brewed regular and decaffeinated coffees.
Continuous Refreshment Breaks
Continuous refreshment breaks are kept replenished from 7a.m, to 5 p.m., so whenever your meeting is ready
to break, the break is ready for you.
A typical morning break includes: Freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee, flavored coffees and specialty
teas, bottled waters, assorted juices, assorted soda (regular, diet and caffeine-free), breakfast pastries and bagels,
cold cereal and assorted yogurts, fresh seasonal sliced and whole fruit, breakfast bars and a protein item for
low-carb dieters. A hot item is featured every Tuesday and Thursday.
A typical afternoon break includes: Freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee, a specialty item (hot pretzels,
wing, potato skins, nachos), whole fresh fruits, assorted sweets, bottled waters, assorted sodas (regular, diet
and caffeine-free), iced tea, seasonal drinks, cookies, assorted nuts, assorted ice cream bars, cheese and vegetable
platter.
Hot and Cold Luncheon Buffet
A typical hot and cold luncheon buffet served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. includes soup du jour, salad bar with all the fixings, assorted salads, a deli salad (tuna, egg or chicken), deli and cheese platter, assorted breads, three hot entrees, vegetable, potato, action station, beverage of choice and a dessert station. A twelve-day theme menu rotation ensures that guests do not eat the same meal twice during an average stay.
Four-Course Dinner
The evening meal is a more leisurely dining experience and includes a four-course dinner from appetizer, to salad
to entree to dessert. Our dinners provide each conferee with a variety of options.
Outdoor Options
Outdoor dining is a specialty at the Doubletree Hotel and Executive Meeting Center featuring many semi-private
garden patio areas, open from May through September. Guests can enjoy an outdoor barbeque or clambake.
