Our on-site audio/visual technicians have the technical sophistication necessary and are ready to assist you with all of your audio/visual requirements to ensure you have an extraordinarily successful meeting experience. This full-time team supports our extensive on-site inventory of audio/visual equipment. In addition to a complete line of audio/visual meeting supplies, our technicians can assist you with video taping, large/small multimedia presentations, satellite uplink and downlink and much more. Learning Tools PackageOur Learning Tools Package is included in all of our Executive Meeting Center Packages and "Meetings-on-the-Double" Packages. The package contains common needs such as an overhead, two flipcharts with pads, 35MM slide projector, VCR and monitor, microphone and whiteboard. Because of the recognized importance of the LCD as a basic learning tool, we have included this item in all our Executive Meeting Center packages; other hotels and conference centers still charge between $400 and $600 a day, for this option. On-line Conferencing @ High-Speed Empower your meeting with enhanced levels of connectivity, collaboration, productivity, and professionalism. Need a real-time, interactive training session? STSN's conferencing services allow secure high-speed connections to online content and corporate networks. Make presentations more dynamic by accessing information directly from the Internet. Even better, give your attendees personal access to the people, information, and resources that will make your meeting more effective, instantly. Full-Service e-Business Center Services Our e-Business Center is truly the heart of our operation, located in the hub of the Executive Meeting Center, and is available to you and your conferees from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. during your meeting. All conferees have access to our full range of technological amenities in a private business environment as well as a host of concierge services provided by our attentive and professional center staff. And remember, unlimited faxing, photocopying and computer usage are included in all our Executive Meeting Center and "Meetings-on-the-Double" packages. - A signature service.
We can provide you with a telephone number that may be published so that conferees may be reached during your conference. This service may be offered by either our on-site personnel taking the actual message or we can provide mailboxes for each participant.
